Course Director
Course Director for Regular Lectures is a retired Korean Ambassador with more than 37 years of foreign service career.
After retirement he was also deeply involved in promoting Global Saemaul Undong to share Korea’s successful rural development experience with developing countries and also worked as Chair Professor in the University.
He has both expertise and knowledge on the ground situation in developing countries and teaching experience in the University.
He also served as Executive Director of KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) and as Director General in charge of international economic affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
